ABOUT ISELDA

Iselda recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design and a minor in Marketing from Oregon State University. From a very young age, she has always been drawn to expressing her creativity through various mediums and considers herself an artist at heart.
During her time at OSU, she developed a diverse set of analytical and interpersonal skills that she can now apply in both the apparel and business fields. Aside from academics, Iselda was involved in several clubs, including People of Color in Business, Women Mean Business, the National Retail Federation, and the Apparel Design Club, where she served as Secretary for two consecutive years.
Iselda is passionate about colors and textiles in the apparel design process and seeks to find herself in a fulfilling role in the creative or material development sphere, where she feels like she is contributing to something greater than just meeting a deadline.
When not sewing or designing, Iselda loves being outdoors, whether that's taking a walk around town, sitting outside admiring the sunrises and sunsets, or reconnecting with the trees and wildlife while exploring new hikes. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, playing tennis, and traveling. Her last trip included paragliding in the Swiss Alps and eating plenty of cheeses and bread.
"My goal is to create designs that will stand the test of time, not just in terms of style, but also in quality. I hope for my designs to be something you reach for time after time."
